Heating (every room has an own independent temperature (Bus) regulator).

A 900 m² large meadow with deck-chairs and garden-furnitures in teak-wood and also with a pond.

Not included in the price:
The using of the washing machine and the drier, DSL Internet connection through Wireless Lan and Ethernet (RJ45) all over our house, solarium, whirlpool, the breakfast service in the apartments and the breakfast buffet.
Domestic animals on request.
