The new Wellness Residence Palmai, opened since 2004, is very ideal for families, hikers and mountain bike lovers and it is located at a stone's throw from the centre. At the same time it is also in a quite position, surrounded by green meadows and a beautiful view at the Dolomites. Directly in front of our house there are a lot of paths starting for long relaxing walks. In the winter there are ski and cross-country ski runs in the immediate nearness.

All our spacious apartments are furnished very comfortable and modern with many windows in all directions in the way to have brightly rooms. The apartments consist of a kitchen with dish-washer, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, electric cooker, toaster and electric kettle. Furthermore there are a washing machine and a drier, sat-TV, telephone with direct dialling, safe, a pull-out sofa bed as a supplementary bed and a stereo system in every room. All the bathrooms are with shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer, radio and mirror for make-up. Our apartments are adapted to the needs of the disabled and our house has an internal stairwell as well as an elevator. The inside doors have and individual key card and a separate bell and all the apartments are with balcony or garden. All the rooms are furnished with a heating system with an autonomous regulation, for the adaptation of temperature to everyone of our guests. The shutters of every room are with an autonomous regulation, too.

Finnish sauna and Turkish steam bath, Kneipp zone, 4 persons whirlpool, relaxing zone, beauty shower, solarium and infrared cabine. ( 150 m² ) Our house offers the possibility to have breakfast in our lounge and a service of fresh rolls in the morning on request. Further there are an elevator, in the garden a meadow with deck-chairs sun shades and a pond, fitness room, Internet Wireless Lan and Ethernet (RJ45) DSL connection included, living room with video or TV beamer, barbecue, skiroom with ski boots dryer in the winter and a garage.
